How to update the verbal passcode on my Security and Automation services
With Security and Automation interactive Services, you can update your verbal passcode from our website or mobile app.
If you do not have Security and Automation interactive services, please contact us at 1 800 267-2001 to update your verbal passcode.
To update your verbal passcode from a computer:
- Visit https://business.bell.ca/shop/small-business/security-automation
- Click Log in.
- Select Small business Security and Automation Access or Small business Security and Automation Connect and click Log in.
- Enter your login name and password and click Log in.
- On the left menu, click the Settings button.
- Click Monitoring station.
- Under the Passcode section, enter your secret passcode and confirm it.
- Read the disclaimer and check off the box.
- Click UPDATE.
