How to update the Security and Automation emergency contact list.


With Security and Automation interactive services, you can update your emergency contact list from our website or mobile app.

If you do not have Security and Automation interactive services, please contact us at 1 800 267-2001 to update your emergency contact list.

To update your emergency contact list from a computer:

  1. Visit https://business.bell.ca/shop/small-business/security-automation.
  2. Click Log in.
  3. Select Small business Security and Automation Access or Small business Security and Automation Connect and click Log in.
  4. Enter your login name and password and click Log in.
  5. On the left menu, click the Settings button.
  6. Click Monitoring station.
  7. Scroll down to Emergency contacts.
  8. Edit the contact information:
    • To add a contact, click Add, and then enter the name and phone number. The passcode is optional.
    • To edit an existing contact, simply change the corresponding information.
    • To remove a contact, click the garbage can icon.
  9. Read the disclaimer and check off the box.
  10. Click UPDATE.
