How to manage your Single Number Reach service over the phone:
1. Dial your Single Number Reach number.
2. Press the
# key.
3. Enter your voicemail password followed by the
# key.
4. Press
4 to access personal options.
5. Press
2 to administer Single Number Reach.
6. Follow the voice prompts to perform your desired action(s). You can:
• Press
1 to forward per schedule.
• Press
2 to forward per single number.
• Press
3 to disable Single Number Reach.
• Press
4 to activate/deactivate the “do not disturb” feature.

Customizing your Single Number Reach service online:
1. Go to snr.bell.ca and log in.
2. In the navigation bar, click
Single Number Reach then
Options .
3. Choose your Single Number Reachoptions (greetings, caller experience, privacy access code and multiple destination call forwarding).
4. Click
OK.

Accessing your Single Number Reach service online
You can also view and change your Single Number Reach settings online. To do this, you must set up an online profile for Single Number Reach.
1. Go to snr.bell.ca.
2. Select your language preference.
3. Enter your Single Number Reach phone number and Web password.
4. Click the Log In button.
5. For your security, we require you to change your Web password the first time you log in.
a) Enter your current Web password in the Current Web password field.
b) Create a new Web password and enter it in the New Web password field.
c) Re-enter your new Web password in the Retype new Web password field.
Note: Web passwords must be between 8-16 characters and must contain at least one letter and at least one number. For example, an acceptable password is “trej8ygt”. Web passwords are case sensitive.
6. You also need to create a security question and answer. If you forget your Web password, this will help us verify your identity.
a) Select a security question from the question drop-down list.
b) Enter your answer in the Answer field.
c) Click
OK.
Now you can access your Single Number Reach settings at snr.bell.ca

Creating a Single Number Reach schedule online ?
Establishing a Single Number Reach schedule online:
1. Go to snr.bell.ca and log in.
2. In the navigation bar, click
Single Number Reach then
Phone Numbers.
3. Enter up to six phone numbers for call forwarding.
4. Click
OK.
5. In the navigation bar, click
Schedules.
6. Fill in the fields (name, days, hours and dial order) to create a Single Number Reach call forwarding schedule.
7. Check the
Enable box to activate your Single Number Reach schedule.
8. Click
OK.

Forwarding Single Number Reach to one phone number online
Forwarding Single Number Reach to one phone number online:
1. Go to snr.bell.ca and log in.
2. In the navigation bar, click
Single Number Reach then
Setup.
3. Select
Forward calls to a single number and enter a phone number. All incoming calls to your Single Number Reach number will be forwarded to that phone number.
4. Click
OK.
