My Voicemail is not answering calls

If Voicemail doesn’t pick up, it may not be set to take messages.
For Basic Line, Local Link packages AX and BV follow these 2 steps from your business line:
- To reactivate Voicemail to take messages when you don’t answer, dial *92 or 1192 and wait for a confirmation beep.
- To reactivate Voicemail to take messages when your line is busy, dial *90 or 1190 and wait for a confirmation beep.
For Local Link package A, follow these 2 steps from your business line:
- Dial *90 or 1190 + 310-4884 and wait for a confirmation beep.
- Dial *92 or 1192 + 310-4884 and wait for a confirmation beep.

There is no intermittent dial tone or flashing light when I have Voicemail messages

There are two causes for a missing intermittent dial tone or flashing light.
Messages have been listened to but not saved or deleted
Basic Line
- Dial *98 or 1198.
- Enter your password.
- Listen to all the messages and save or delete each of them.
Local Link packages A, AX and BV
- Dial 1 877 BELL-777 (1 877 235-5777).
- Select your language preference.
- Enter your 10-digit Bell Business phone number when prompted for a mailbox number.
- You will then hear your recorded name.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Listen to all the messages and save or delete each of them.
Your Voicemail message notification function has been turned off. To reactivate this feature:
Basic Line
- Dial *98 or 1198.
- Enter your password.
- Press 4,1,1,3.
Local Link package A, AX and BV
- Dial 1 877 BELL-777 (1 877 235-5777).
- Select your language preference.
- Enter your 10-digit Bell Business phone number when prompted for a mailbox number.
- You will then hear your recorded name.
- Enter your password.
- Press 4,1,1,3.
