How to manage connected devices


View all devices connected to your network

  1. Open the Bell Business Wi-Fi app and log in with your Business Self serve email and password.
  2. Scroll to the Bell Canada tile on the home page and select View all.

    You can also touch the Zones icon (second icon from the left on the bottom navigation bar). Select the Secure, Employee or Guest zone, depending on what network your device is connected to. Scroll to the Devices tile and touch View all.

  3. Select a device to learn more about it.
    • See the connection quality, channel, and device details (such as MAC and IP addresses)
    • Learn how much data the device consumed and what type
    • View security events
    • Assign the device to an employee or device group
    • Rename the device

Blocking or pausing Internet access for connected devices

Quickly pause a device’s Internet access or set scheduled Internet blocks.

  • Pausing a device will temporarily block its access to the Internet.
  • Schedule Internet freeze allows you to schedule regular times when a device will be blocked from accessing the Internet.
  • Blocking a device will remove its access to the Internet and to other devices on your network.

    1. Open the Bell Business Wi-Fi app and log in with your Business Self serve email and password.
    2. Scroll to the Bell Canada tile on the home page and select View all.

      You can also touch the Zones icon (second icon from the left on the bottom navigation bar). Select the Secure, Employee or Guest zone, depending on what network your device is connected to. Scroll to the Devices tile and touch View all.

    3. Select the device you wish to manage
    4. To pause Internet access immediately, touch the pause icon. Choose between freezing until midnight or setting a freeze period.
    5. To schedule a reoccurring Internet freeze, touch Schedule Internet freeze, then touch New freeze schedule. Adjust the freeze schedule and touch Save.

      To delete a scheduled Internet freeze, touch the X on the device page.

    6. To permanently block a device from accessing the Internet, touch the three stacked dots (â‹®) and then touch Block device.

      To unblock a device, touch the three stacked dots (â‹®) and then touch Approve device.

    7. Keep in mind that these features only limit Internet access from your Wi-Fi network. Cellular data can still be used while this function is enabled and downloaded content may still be accessible.
