How to install and set up the Bell Business Wi-Fi app

The Bell Business Wi-Fi app is available to Bell Business Internet customers with a Giga Hub or Bell Hub 2000 paired with Business Wi-Fi pods. The app is free to download on Apple or Android smartphones. It requires Apple iOS 15 or higher, or Android OS7 or higher.

The Bell Business Wi-Fi app is not compatible with the Bell Hub 3000.

Step 1: Register for Business Self serve

If you already have a Self serve username and password, go to Step 2.

  • Option 1: If you already received your first Bell Business bill

    Visit the Business Wi-Fi pods registration portal and create a username and password using your billing information.

  • Option 2: If you haven’t yet received a Bell Business bill

    In the Business Self serve portal invitation we sent by email on the same day as your order confirmation, click on Register.

    To request a new invitation, please call 1 800 668-6878

  • Option 3: If you have Wi-Fi pods

    Visit the Business Wi-Fi pods registration portal to register your pods.

    • You will need to provide your postal code and your Business Wi-Fi order number, which can be found on the welcome email or letter we sent.
  • You can also register using the link in the welcome email you received.

Step 2: Download the app

  1. Search for Bell Business Wi-Fi in the app store for your mobile device.
  2. Download and install the app.
  3. Log in to the app using the Self Serve username and password you created during registration.
