How to find the Wi-Fi name and password on my Bell Hub 3000 modem
To find and manage your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password, you can use Bell Wi-Fi app or you can log in and access modem settings.
How to view Wi-Fi information in the modem settings:
- Open your web browser and visit bell.ca/mymodem or 192.168.2.1.
- Click on Manage my Wi-Fi.
- If prompted, enter the administrator password.
Unless you’ve changed it, the password is the serial number located on the sticker on the back of the modem.
- Under the Manage my Wi-Fi heading, you’ll find your network names and passwords.

Devices connected to the primary Wi-Fi network can connect to the Internet as well as share files with other devices and access the network settings.
- Open your web browser and visit bell.ca/mymodem or 192.168.2.1.
- Click on Manage my Wi-Fi.
- If prompted, enter the administrator password.

- Under the Primary Wi-Fi network heading, enter a network name (SSID) and password of your choosing.
- Click Save.
How to configure the guest Wi-Fi network on my Bell Hub 3000 modem
Devices connected to the guest Wi-Fi network can only connect to the Internet. Before you can enable the guest network, the primary network must be on.
- Open your web browser and visit bell.ca/mymodem or 192.168.2.1.
- Click on Manage my Wi-Fi.
- If prompted, enter the administrator password.

- Ensure the guest Wi-Fi network is set to the ON position.
- If you want, you can change the network name and password to something easier to remember.
Tip: You can add the word "guest" to the network name to distinguish it from your primary network.
- Click Save.
How to connect devices to the Wi-Fi network on my Bell Hub 3000 modem using WPS
Connect a device to your modem without needing to enter the Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Turn on your computer or Wi-Fi device if you haven’t already done so.
- Press the WPS button on your modem.
You will have 2 minutes to connect your Wi-Fi device. If you do not complete the process in time you will need to restart this step.
- Press and hold the WPS button on your computer or Wi-Fi device for 5 seconds. YThe password for your primary Wi-Fi network will automatically load into the device and connect to the network.
