Can I make calls using Bell Total Connect while waiting for my phone set to be repaired?
Yes. To make and receive calls while your phone set is being repaired, log in to the Bell Total Connect portal and use the Out of Service call forwarding feature to route your phone number to an alternate line, such as your mobile phone.
