Getting started with Bell Corporate Self Serve

Changing a billing address

  1. Log in to Bell Corporate Self Serve.
  2. From the main menu, select Billing.
  3. Under Payment preferences, select Manage bill preferences.
  4. Choose the account for which you would like to update preferences by clicking Select in the corresponding row (if necessary).
  5. In the Billing address row, select Change.
  6. Choose the account for which you would like to update preference by checking the box beside its number, then select Continue (if necessary).
  7. Enter the new postal code, then select Search.
  8. Fill out the corresponding fields with the new billing address information, then select Continue.
  9. Select Submit to save changes.
