Enter the email address associated with your account, then select Submit.
If the email address is validated, three options will be available to reset your password; Answer a secret question (default), SMS verification, email verification.
Once the verification step is complete, enter a new password, then select Continue.
A confirmation window will appear, confirming the password reset.
Note: Secret question and verification by email options will always display for all users as they contain mandatory fields. Verification by SMS is optional and will only display as an option when the user has a back up mobile number registered.
Under Plan & features, select Reset voicemail password.
Select View Subscribers next to the account you would like to update (if necessary).
Choose the subscriber for which you would like to reset the password by checking the box next to their number, then select Continue.
A temporary voicemail password will be displayed. This temporary password can be used the next time the subscriber accesses voicemail. After logging in, the system will prompt the subscriber to select a new password.
