Is it possible to set multiple users in the Global IoT Manager to administer the SIM cards?
Yes, you can create several user accounts with different roles and permissions such as Owner, Admin, User, and API User.
Yes, you can create several user accounts with different roles and permissions such as Owner, Admin, User, and API User.
Owner: Full rights including managing other users and all functionalities.
Admin: Same as Owner but cannot delete the Owner account.
User: Can manage SIM cards but cannot place orders or perform billing actions.
API User: For API access only.
Choose the role of the user, then enter their first and last name, phone number and email address (used to login). The user will receive an email to set the initial password (except API Users).
