My TV is showing Error 024: Unable to access this feature at this time

If you see the error code 024 (show at the top right corner of the error message) on your TV, try resetting your receiver.

  1. Push and hold the POWER button on the front panel of the receiver for 5 seconds.
  2. Allow the receiver time to restart (this may take up 5 minutes).
  3. After the receiver has restarted, try to access the feature that had originally given you the error code.
  4. If the problem persists, please contact us for more help.
