How to change the on-screen language on Business Fibe TV
1. On your Business Fibe TV remote, press SETTINGS.2. Scroll to and select On-screen language.
3. Select the language you want to use.
4. Scroll to and select Save.
5. The language has been changed.

My Business Fibe TV is showing a snowy, blue or black screen
Several factors may affect your ability to watch Business Fibe TV. We recommend that you check the following before you begin troubleshooting:• Verify that your Business Fibe TV receiver is properly connected to your TV.
• Make sure your TV is on channel 3 or 4
• Ensure your TV is set to the correct input
o On your TV’s remote control, press one of the following buttons until you see the Business Fibe TV picture:
• TV/Video
• Input
• Mode

My Bell Business Fibe TV channels freeze or are pixellated
There are two types of situations where your screen can freeze or become pixellated (breaking up in little squares):1. Your TV screen consistently freezes on all channels.
If the picture on your TV freezes after 15 seconds followed by a "Signal lost" message, try resetting your modem.
1. Unplug the power cable on the back of the modem.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Reinsert the cable.
4. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the modem to complete the rebooting process.
Once the modem has restarted, check to see if your signal has returned. If the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Your TV screen randomly freezes or becomes pixellated.
If the picture on your TV becomes pixellated or randomly freezes on some channels, please contact us for further assistance.

I’m having problems with My Bell Business Fibe TV and Business Internet services
To resolve issues with your Business Fibe Internet and Business Fibe TV services, your first step will be to reset your equipment. This will often resolve issues you may be experiencingResetting the Business Fibe Internet modem
The Bell Business Fibe Internet service is delivered through your modem. Follow the instructions below to reset it based on the type of modem you have.
White modem
1. Locate the power cable above the power switch
2. Remove the cable. Wait 10 seconds and reinsert the cable.
3. The lights on the front (except for the power LED) will blink as the modem goes through its start-up routine.
It will take a few minutes for the modem to complete its start-up routine. Wait until your INTERNET LED is either solid green or flashing, indicating that your modem is now transmitting video and Internet data
Black modem
1. Locate the power cable on the back of the modem.
2. Remove the cable. Wait 10 seconds and reinsert the cable.
3. The lights on the front (except for the power LED) will blink as the modem goes through its start-up routine.
It will take a few minutes for the modem to complete its start-up routine. Wait until the WAN, INTERNET and TV indicator lights all turn blue, indicating that your modem is now transmitting video and Internet data
Resetting the Business Fibe TV receiver
After resetting your Business Fibe Internet modem, you should also reset your Business Fibe TV receiver(s).
Beginning with your HD PVR, press and hold the POWER button on the receiver (front left) for five seconds (until the red, green and blue lights in the centre go on) and wait for the TV service to come back.
Repeat the process with your other Business Fibe TV receivers.

How to change channels on Business Fibe TV
1. To change channels using the TV guide, press Guide.2. Scroll to and select the required channel.
3. The selected channel is displayed.
4. Alternatively, if you know the number of the channel you want to view, enter the number on the keypad of your Business Fibe TV remote.

How to search for programming on Business Fibe TV
Business Fibe TV Search lets you find programming based on title, keywords, genres or even actor names. All in all, it is an intelligent search function that will never leave you feeling lost.• Search with just a word or even its first few letters to get a listing of currently playing, future shows and Pay-per-View programs that match your search.
• Refine your search results to program title, or people in the cast or crew.
1. Press the Search button on the remote control. The Search screen appears.
2. Use the arrows to highlight the first letter of the program title or person name you’re looking for in the on-screen keyboard and then press Select. As soon as you enter the first character, the search begins and any programs containing the letter you entered appear in the results list.
3. Continue adding more letters to your search. As you enter additional letters, your search results will be narrowed further.
4. If you want to filter your search results, use the arrows to select Options in the on-screen keyboard, press Select, choose your desired filter (Titles, or People) and then press Select.
5. When you’ve found the show you’re looking for, select it from the results list using the arrows and then press Select to display the Program Info screen for your selection.
Business Fibe TV also lets you search for programming by genres. To start searching for genres on Business Fibe TV, follow these steps:
1. Press Menu on your remote control.
2. Select the Live TV option.
3. Select Genres.
Once you’ve selected genres, you’ll be presented with a pre-populated list of genres to browse. Select one and scroll through the available programming.
