Getting started with Bell Total Connect
To get your Bell Total Connect service up and running, you’ll need to follow these steps:
If you are an administrator, it is your role to set up users and configure the global settings and features for Bell Total Connect. To do this, you’ll need to login to the Bell Total Connect portal using your administrator user ID and password sent to you by email.
- Go to bell.ca/mytotalconnect and enter your administrator ID and password.
- On the Overview page, scroll to the Getting started section and click on Get started here.
As an administrator, log in as a user to access and set up specific user features:
- Go to bell.ca/mytotalconnect and enter your administrator ID and password.
- While logged in as an administrator, go to the list of users on the Overview page.
- Choose the name of the user you want to log in as.
You’ve successfully logged in as a user when you see “Acting on behalf of” at the top of the page. To exit this state, click the home icon.
All Bell Total Connect users have their own user profile with a distinct user ID and password. If you have already created user accounts and included email addresses with them, login credentials are automatically sent to each individual.
If you haven’t included email addresses with the user accounts, you’ve created:
- Go to bell.ca/mytotalconnect and enter your administrator ID and password.
- Click on the list of users on the Overview page.
- Reset the password for each user you have created.
- Email the login credentials (user ID and password) directly to each user.
To activate your voicemail by phone:
- Enter your temporary voicemail password into any Bell Total Connect-enabled phone at your location.
- Record a greeting message.
To activate or adjust voicemail settings through the portal:
- Go to bell.ca/mytotalconnect and enter your user ID and password.
- Click on the Call management tab.
- Go to Voicemail settings.
- Activate or adjust your voicemail settings as required.
