How to set up Online Bill Manager for Bell Total Connect

To manage your Bell Total Connect bills and payments through Online Bill Manager:

  1. Click on the Statements tab to check that it shows your new Bell Total Connect account number.
  2. If you use custom billing reports or filters to track your payment history, ensure your new Bell Total Connect account number is selected to ensure your reports include all of the data for your business (this is particularly important if you’re generating long distance usage).
  3. If you have set up pre-authorized payments, check that your new Bell Total Connect account number has been added to the “Payment option” section on the Set up tab.
