Updating the verbal passcode for my AlarmForce Connect app and portal

To update your verbal passcode from a computer:

  1. Visit business.bell.ca/shop/small-business/security-automation
  2. Click Account login.
  3. Select Security and Automation.
  4. Enter your login name and password and click Log in.
  5. On the left menu, click the Settings button.
  6. Click Monitoring station.
  7. Under the Passcode section, enter your secret passcode and confirm it.
  8. Read the disclaimer and check off the box.
  9. Click UPDATE.

To update your verbal passcode from the app:

  1. Open the Security and Automation app.
  2. Touch the menu button on the top left of the screen (3 horizontal lines).
  3. Touch Monitoring settings.
  4. Touch Update verbal passcode.
  5. Enter the new verbal passcode and confirm it.
  6. Touch the check mark on the top right.
