What is the Bell Business Wi-Fi app?


With the Bell Business Wi-Fi app, you can easily manage your business’s Wi-Fi network no matter where you are. It includes features such as enhanced network security, a customizable guest Wi-Fi login portal, employee productivity tools and simplified network management.

This app is only available to customers with a Giga Hub or Bell Hub 2000 paired with Business Wi-Fi pods. It is not compatible with the Bell Hub 3000.

Features include:

  • Three isolated Wi-Fi zones for back-office, employees and guests.
  • AI-based cybersecurity features to protect your workplace from malicious or inappropriate content.
  • Workforce management and productivity tools with employee profiles.
  • Visitor insights and analytics.
  • A guest Wi-Fi login portal that can be customized to fit your brand.
  • Accessible from your phone or the Web.
  • Wi-Fi network name and password management and sharing for each Wi-Fi zone.
  • A view of all devices connected to your network.
  • Business Wi-Fi pod installation.

Navigating the Bell Business Wi-Fi app

The Bell Business Wi-Fi app is split into four main pages, which you can navigate to using the icons on the bottom of the screen:

  • Home: Get an overview of Shield events, guests and employees connected to your network, and the most active devices at a glance. You can also access settings from this page.
  • Zones: View connected devices and their behaviour within Secure, Employee and Guest zones.
  • Shield: Get more details about online security events you’ve been protected from.
  • Network: View the topology of your access points and the devices connected to them.

How to make the most of the Bell Business Wi-Fi app
