Getting started with Bell eOrdering

Verifying hardware upgrade eligibility

    1. Log in to eOrdering.
    2. From the Shop menu, select Upgrade eligibility.
    3. Enter the phone number for which you want to verify upgrade eligibility.
    4. Select Search.

Note: Searches are based on the account number associated with your profile. If your search is not successful, please contact your Account Representative to modify or add the appropriate account number.
