Why did I receive a text message from Bell?

Bell uses text messages to communicate with our Medium and Large business customers to provide information about various products, services, roaming rates, travel options and data usage.

Bell will attempt to notify Medium and Large business Account Administrators in advance of a message sent to the subscribers on an account.

If you have any questions about a text message received from Bell, please do the following:

  • Subscribers (not an Account Administrator):
