SIM card activation and billing

All Bell SIM cards come pre-activated. You do not need to contact Corporate Client Care to activate your SIM.

SIM cards and their associated rate plans include a Test Ready Mode threshold, or an amount of usage granted for testing before activation. If a device uses beyond this amount, it shall be deemed activated and billable on a month-to-month term.

Devices shall be deemed activated and billable upon the occurrence of the earliest of: 50KB of usage, 10 SMS text messages, 90 days or if the SIM has been moved into the activated state by the user within the portal.
