Adding and removing external contacts

To add an external contact:
  1. From the navigation on the left side of the screen, click External Users.
  2. Click Add External User.
  3. Enter the contact’s name (max. 30 characters) and phone number.
  4. Click Save to save the contact.
To remove an external contact:
  1. From the navigation on the left side of the screen, click External Users.
  2. Click the Delete icon to the right of the user you would like to delete.
  3. A confirmation will appear at the top of the screen. Click OK to continue.
