Add Bell’s high-quality voice network to Microsoft Teams with this cloud-based solution without additional equipment or upfront investment. As an administrator, you can select and authorize Bell as your preferred operator by clicking on the Bell link in the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre.
You can also leverage Bell’s integration with Microsoft Teams, so your telephone numbers can be easily uploaded into the Microsoft Teams Admin Centre. From there, provisioning and assigning numbers is simple and efficient.
As our customer, you benefit from an integrated Bell and Microsoft Help Desk. We’ll coordinate handling, troubleshooting and resolution across both Bell and Microsoft.

With the as-a-service option, Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams is delivered as a managed cloud-based service. We connect your Microsoft Teams platform via our own virtual session border controllers (vSBCs) to enable you to make and receive telephone calls. This approach requires no additional equipment or upfront investment to get started, and provides you with more predictable monthly expenses.
You also benefit from access to our easy-to-use customer portal to add or remove users and features, adjust capacity, and set call forwarding or routing policies. Our experts fully manage the solution, freeing up time for your internal IT resources. Plus, direct connections to Microsoft 365 enable reliable connectivity between Microsoft Teams and the voice network to support voice-calling performance.
And with Remote Call Forward, calls will be redirected in the unlikely event of a Microsoft Teams outage, ensuring your customer calls get through.
