Plus, direct connections to Microsoft 365 enable reliable connectivity between Microsoft Teams and the voice network to support voice-calling performance.
Voice and collaboration with added flexibility and control
With the on-premises option, you get optimal control over how your communications infrastructure is managed and more flexibility in configuring custom call-routing options. Instead of being hosted by Bell, the connection between Microsoft Teams and the voice network takes place through SBCs that you own and operate.
You can use a broad range of SBCs that are certified for Microsoft Teams, including those you might already have from other providers. Through our easy-to-use self-serve portal, you can add or remove users and features, adjust capacity, and set call-forwarding or routing policies. Bell can also provide support for your solution if you ever need it, with our professional and managed services available as optional add‑ons.
