Bell wins Fortinet’s 2021 Service Provider Partner of the Year award for North America

Each year, Fortinet’s Partner of the Year awards (as part of the Fortinet Engage Partner Program) recognize dedicated as well as distinguished partners around the world. In 2021, Bell and Fortinet joined forces to develop and launch the Bell Security Unified Response Environment (BSURE). This fully managed service combines Bell’s national security operations with Fortinet's leading security information and event management (SIEM) and security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) technologies, proactively monitoring security environments 24/7 to help keep businesses protected from cyber threats.

By collaborating with partners such as Fortinet, Bell continues to expand and improve its managed security services to better meet the needs of Canadian businesses as they adopt cloud technologies, embrace the Internet of Things (IoT) and extend their network to reach more consumers. Additionally, Bell has a team of more than 700 security professionals with in-depth experience supporting Canada’s largest companies. This award from Fortinet reinforces other recent recognitions Bell has received for the quality and performance of its security services. In the IDC MarketScape report, Bell was recognized as the only communications provider to be named as a leader in Canadian security services five times in a row.¹ Additionally, survey respondents in the IDC Brand Perceptions of Managed Security Service Providers in Canada report ranked Bell as number one in four key areas for buyers of security services: network monitoring, incident response, endpoint monitoring and public cloud security management.²
