Bell wins Ingram Micro’s 2022 Growth Partner of the Year award for North America

After the best year for growth on record during Bell Canada and Ingram Micro’s 25+ years of partnership, Bell has been named Ingram Micro’s Growth Partner of the Year for North America. This award recognizes Bell’s unwavering commitment to its customers and the strength of its partnership with Ingram Micro Canada – as indicated by an impressive 24% growth in 2022 and various innovative solutions developed to support the companies’ collaboration.

The Global Cloud and Innovation Summit 30 annual award ceremony recognizes Ingram Micro’s partners worldwide. The Growth Partner of the Year for North America award celebrates partners who saw impressive growth in 2022 and demonstrated a deep commitment to leveraging all the features and benefits of working with Ingram Micro as a partner to best serve their customers.

Bell is Ingram Micro Canada’s second-largest partner and continually exemplifies a strong commitment to expanding the partnership. In 2022, Bell Canada led the Bid Desk as a Service program which allows Ingram Micro associates to create customer-facing quotes for Bell Canada, simultaneously improving efficiency through all levels of the partnership and resulting in a unique offering to the reseller community. Furthermore, Bell Canada worked with Ingram Micro to build the ITAD program dedicated to helping keep functional redundant equipment out of landfills. Bell is also one of the first resellers in Canada to adopt the CloudBlue platform.

Bell was also recognized for several key attainments and successes. These include:

• 82% coverage of the Canadian population with their 5G network
• $10 million in additional funds for mental health
• Maintaining a network reliability level of 99.9901%
• Investing approximately $600 million in research and development in capital expenditures
• Spending $104 million with certified diverse suppliers, and having 36% gender-diverse directors on the board

Moreover, Bell Canada has also been certified with ISO 14001 and 50001 environmental and energy management systems, and has achieved a 30.3% shareholder return from 2018 to 2022.
