What is the Enhanced Community Notification Service (eCNS)?
The Enhanced Community Notification Service (eCNS) is used to notify you, via an automated telephone message, of alerts and emergencies in your area1. Bell was mandated by the CRTC to provide various municipalities with a list of addresses and phone numbers for both listed and unlisted Bell business subscribers2 so businesses can benefit from the service.This service will only be used to notify you of emergency events
An emergency is defined as "an imminent or occurring danger which represents a threat to the life, the health or the security of a person".St-Maurice, Québec
