How to install the Bell Wi-Fi app

The Bell Wi-Fi app is available to Bell Business Internet customers with Total Business Wi-Fi pods. The app is free to download on Apple or Android smartphones. It requires Apple iOS 11.0 or higher, or Android OS 4.4 or higher. You must also have a Total Business Wi-Fi pods account to create a username and password for the app.

To get the app:

If you have not already done so, register for a Total Business Wi-Fi pods account and create a username and password for the Bell Wi-Fi app.
- To register, you will need to provide your postal code and your Business Wi-Fi order number, which can be found on the welcome email or letter we sent.
- You can also register using the link in the Bell Wi-Fi app registration email you received.
To get the app, go to the app store for your mobile device and search for Bell Wi-Fi.
Download and install the app.
Log in to the app using the username and password you created in step 1.
